Sally Knapp

Sally Knapp is the Stroke Pathway Lead for the Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service in Nottinghamshire. She qualified from Manchester University and subsequently undertook an MSc in Acquired Communication Disorders at City University, carrying out a qualitative research project looking at the experience of people with aphasia in care homes. She has worked to develop aphasia services in Nottinghamshire over many years, and is currently also involved with Sheffield University’s aphasia RCT, the Big CACTUS study.
